BSSSC Spring Youth Event 2026

This unique cross-border experience brings together young people from around the Baltic Sea Region — on land and at sea — with activities in both capitals and on the ferry across the Gulf of Finland.

In Helsinki, you’ll dive into today’s key environmental and resilience challenges from a youth perspective, strengthen your intercultural skills, and explore personal crisis management. Together, participants will prepare recommendations to present in Tallinn.

In Tallinn, you’ll join adults and decision-makers at the BSSSC Day of Cities and Regions and the EUSBSR Annual Forum, ensuring that youth voices are heard at the regional level.
