First BSSSC Board Meeting 24 in Gdansk

Registered people that aren't part of the intended guest list or didn't receive confirmation on participation upon request by the secretariat will be removed from the list of participants and receive notice on this. 

The Schleswig-Holstein chairmanship of BSSSC invites you, also on behalf of our hosts in Pomerania, to the next BSSSC Board Meeting on March 6th and 7th, 2024.

The Board Meeting will be opened by the chairman Mr. Schwarz, Minister for European Affairs of Schleswig-Holstein.

This meeting will be connected to the Edu Offshore fair and our hosts also offer a guided city tour together with the BSSSC Youth on March 5th.

Please indicate if you'll take part in activities on the 5th in the registration form. If you want to take part in the EduOffshore fair, you are not obliged to register for the event via the website of the EduOffshore. In case you indicate your participation in the registration form, we will pass this information to the event organizers. The first day (5th of March) of the fair will be translated and the presence of our BSSSC guests will be most welcome! You may also attend the fair on the second day if you like, but here the scheduled events will not be translated into English.  

Our host, the Pomorskie Voivodeship recommends  Arche Dwor Uphagena Hotel (address: Kieturakisa 1 Street, Gdańsk), situated near City Centre and the Marshal’s Office Gdańsk as accommodation. Other recommendations are Hotel Almond Gdańsk, and Hotel Wolne Miasto.
