Youth Spring Event 2025

In this five-day project "Baltic Waves 2025 - A Boost for Sustainable Youth Participation" at the educational center Schloss Trebnitz, 30 young people from 8 Baltic Sea countries will intensely engage with youth-relevant political and social issues related to the Baltic Sea region. The aim is to develop concrete demands and discuss them during a daytrip to Potsdam with politicians from the Baltic Sea region. We will focus on further developing the EU Baltic Sea Strategy and the future inclusion of young people in decision-making processes at the macro-regional EU level. Furthermore we aim to link the EU Youth Goals with the EU Baltic Sea Strategies.

There will also be an excursion to Potsdam, where participants will visit the regional parliament of Brandenburg and the historical Sanssouci Park and Castle.
